Città di Lume Suite & Loft

The reception is open from 7 am to 8 pm.
The entrance to the residence is secured by a door code.
We inform you that pets are not accepted at the hotel.
We offer a snack service every day from 10 am to 8 pm.
Our concierge service is at your disposal to provide you with advice and recommendations and can book your restaurants, excursions and activities.
We inform you that smoking is strictly forbidden in our establishment as well as in the rooms (Anti-smoking Law of 01/01/2008). However, it is authorised to smoke on the terrace of your Suites & Lofts as well as next to the heated pool.

Booking conditions

You are required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total sum by credit card, cheque or bank transfer. You will receive a direct debit authorisation form (to be completed, signed and returned to us). Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received. 

Cancellation conditions

Winter season: cancellation 48 hours before arrival free of charge.
In the low and mid season: cancellation up to 15 days before arrival free of charge. Less than 15 days before arrival, the customer is responsible for paying his stay unless the reservations service has been able to rent out the nights that have been cancelled. In the season and high season: these same conditions apply but the period is reduced to 30 days.

Customers are reminded that, in accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12° of the Consumer Code, they do not have a right of withdrawal as provided for in article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code. The Terms and Conditions of Sale for the selected rate specify the procedures for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.
